(Korea Fashion Business Society) 2024 Spring Academic Conference to be Held on June 1st (Sat) at the Fashion Group Hyungji Headquarters in Songdo, Incheon

The Korea Fashion Business Society (President, Professor Young-Jae Lee, www.fashionfabi.co.kr) will hold its 2024 Spring Academic Conference on the theme of 'FASHION 6.0: Reimagining Fashion Business in AI Integration' on Saturday, June 1st, from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM at the Fashion Group Hyungji headquarters in Songdo, Incheon.

The academic conference will begin with a presentation by Professor Young-Jae Lee of Hanyang University, the 15th President of the Korea Fashion Business Society (Moderator: Professor So-Hee Eom, Gangneung-Wonju National University). In addition, there will be a congratulatory address by Joon-Ho Choi, Chief Executive Vice President of Fashion Group Hyungji (Moderator: Professor So-Hee Eom, Gangneung-Wonju National University).

In the first keynote lecture, Pingyi Lu, President of Yi Shang Chuang Zhan (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd., will present 'Exploring the Design Ecosystem of the Fashion Industry and Exploring the Capacity Enhancement of AI-Generated Content (AIGC)' under the moderation of Professor Kyu-Jin Lee of Hanseo University. Yong-Gu Huh, President of the Korea-China Human Resources Development Institute, will participate in a discussion on this topic.

In the second keynote lecture, Da-Yun Yang, CEO of UTA Brand Global Investment Management Co., Ltd., will present 'How to Discover the Golden Route of the Fashion Consumption Market in the Context of China's Economic Downturn' under the moderation of Professor Se-Young Shin of Seogyeong University. Professor Yu-Ri Lee of Seoul National University will participate in a discussion.

From 1:10 PM to 1:50 PM, Professor Jin-Young Kim of Hongik University will lead the poster presentations.

Under the moderation of Professor Jeong-Su Lee of Ewha Womans University, an industry-academia-research forum will be held on 'AI Application Cases and Educational Status in the Fashion Industry', with presentations by former President of Daegu Dyeing Industry Complex Management Corporation, Eui-Jin Kim, CFO of (주)Zmotion, Seong-Bok Jang, Professor Zehui Wang of Qingdao Technical College, and Dae-Hee Kim, CEO of Drafttype.

Min-Gyun Kim, CEO of (주)CA Planet, Su-Hyun Lee, Professor of Seoul National University, Hyun-Ju Jeong, Professor of Dong-Eui University, and Han-Him Park, Professor of Gyeonggi Science and Technology University, will participate in the discussion on this forum.

The oral presentations will be led by Kyu-Jin Lee of Hanseo University (Session 1: Fashion Design & Fashion Culture), Ha-Yeon Kim of Gunsan National University (Session 2: Fashion Marketing & Fashion Business), Jeong-Su Lee of Ewha Womans University (Session 3: Digital Fashion, Clothing Construction, Textile, Fashion Convergence, and Beauty), and Young-Hee Park of Gyeongnam National University (Session 4: Fashion Industry Case Studies).

Finally, the award ceremony for the outstanding academic presentation and the closing ceremony will be held, led by Professor Young-Jae Lee, the 15th President of the Korea Fashion Business Society (Moderator: Professor Ji-Young Kim of Chungbuk National University).
