Ms. A, a working woman, is busy shopping for spring clothes as the weather warms up. In a season that brings the excitement of a fresh start after a long winter, she naturally gravitates towards light and colorful designs, and even dares to try styles she's never worn before. "After wearing thick, heavy, and monochrome clothes all winter, I tend to prefer fresh and cheerful fashion in spring," says Ms. A. "With the continued rise in prices, I'm looking for high-quality spring clothes that are reasonably priced and can be worn for a long time." This spring, Uniqlo presents a collaborative collection for women to answer these concerns.
Uniqlo has been releasing collaborative collections that incorporate the superior quality of LifeWear and the vision of industry-leading designers through collaborations with leading global brands and designers. The Uniqlo U collection with Christophe Lemaire, a world-renowned designer and Uniqlo's Artistic Director, and the JW Anderson collection with witty luxury designer Jonathan Anderson, have earned a strong reputation through various collaborations that have captured the hearts of consumers for years.
Uniqlo, known as a 'collaboration master,' is expanding its women's lineup by continuously launching collaborative collections that reflect the needs of female customers and various style trends. From the 'UNIQLO: C' collection, which showcases the modern essentials for contemporary women, to 'Uniqlo and Comptoir des Cotonniers,' which represents the French chic look, the 24SS season is particularly full of collaborative women's wear lines with diverse styles.

In March, Uniqlo launched the '24SS UNIQLO: C Summer Collection' in collaboration with renowned British fashion designer Clare Waight Keller. Completing the 24SS season lineup following the '24SS UNIQLO: C Spring Collection' launched in late February, the collection captures the vibrant daily life of busy women through the concept of 'Lightness,' representing lightness, cheerfulness, and brightness. It is primarily composed of layering items that provide the flexibility needed during seasonal changes, featuring vivid colors that complement the warmer weather and light, feminine silhouettes.
Designer Clare Waight Keller, who draws inspiration from the fashion of Londoners, said that she "focused on what kind of clothes people wear and how they live during the spring and summer seasons" while preparing for this collection. She explained, "The basic concept of this season is a harmony of modernity and comfort. Spring and summer are seasons with many outdoor events, such as weddings, so we used a cheerful color palette and focused on comfortable wearability. We aimed to showcase practical yet stylish items that can be worn when commuting from the city, or even when on vacation."
In September of last year, Uniqlo unveiled a new collaborative collection, 'UNIQLO: C,' showcasing Clare's delicate yet modern designs. As one of the collaborative collections representing the future of Uniqlo LifeWear, it offered comfortable yet stylish pieces for modern women. In this spring/summer collection, you can discover fresh, modern essential items that inject energy into your daily life.

A collaborative collection that expresses the diverse charm of the 'French style,' which is popular among Korean female consumers for its simple and elegant style, is also prepared. The 2024 SS 'Uniqlo and Comptoir des Cotonniers' women's collection, released on March 22nd, showcases sophisticated French-style designs that allow anyone to express themselves freely and confidently. This collaborative collection with the fashion brand 'Comptoir des Cotonniers' offers designs with the brand's signature rich colors and delicate and elegant French sensibility.
This 24SS season features light, luxurious, and chic items born from the fusion of Uniqlo's LifeWear philosophy and French modernity. All products utilize linen, offering a light and comfortable feel perfect for the spring/summer season. One of the main items in the collection, the 'Linen Blend Blouse,' is a blouse that combines crisp linen and soft viscose, creating a refreshing and sophisticated atmosphere. The 'Linen Blend Shirt Dress,' which exudes a French charm with its airy and luxurious drape, and the 'Linen Blend Jacket' with a relaxed silhouette, are among the elegant essential items perfect for mixing and matching.
Meanwhile, the '24SS Ines de la Fressange' collection, released on April 5th, showcases the unpretentious Parisian style of Ines de la Fressange, a symbol of French chic and a style icon for women worldwide. Based on Ines' design philosophy of creating products that provide comfort to the wearer, you can find basic French items. The 'Uniqlo and Princesse tam.tam (UNIQLO and PRINCESSE tam.tam 2024 Spring Summer)' collection, which has cultivated a dedicated fan base with its vibrant prints, has also been unveiling its 24SS season products since March.
