UNIQLO is recruiting UNIQLO Management Candidates (UMC) who will grow into global business leaders through store management.
Recruitment briefings will be held through universities and online live, providing bonus points to participants.

UNIQLO, a global fashion brand, is recruiting UMCs (UNIQLO Management Candidates) through its 2024 first-half new graduate recruitment until May 13th.

UMCs selected through UNIQLO's new graduate recruitment process are a position where they can grow into global managers based on their experience in the field of sales.

Successful applicants will gain core work experience through an intensive training program that will enable them to grow as UNIQLO's management candidates, including store management, product management, profit management, and personnel management. After joining the company, successful applicants can develop their work experience in various ways, such as store manager, regional manager, headquarters, and overseas work, depending on their aptitude and career goals.

For this first-half recruitment, UNIQLO will hold offline recruitment briefings at a total of seven universities from April 26th to May 9th, including Korea University, Sungkyunkwan University, Yonsei University, Ewha Womans University, Inha University, Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, and Hanyang University.

Offline recruitment briefings will be held in different schedules for each school and will consist of a 'counseling booth' and a 'lunch briefing'. The 'counseling booth', which will be open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allows job seekers to listen to explanations on their concerns and application tips through conversations with recruitment staff, and a simple lunch will be provided. In the 'lunch briefing', they can hear about the store work experience and growth stories of UMC seniors, such as store managers, headquarters employees, and overseas staff.

The online live recruitment briefing, which will be held on May 10th, will feature recruitment staff and current employees explaining the UMC position, introducing the company philosophy and culture, and internal welfare benefits. Participation in online and offline recruitment briefings is possible through pre-registration, and all participants will receive bonus points for the document screening.
