Singsong Food, a Korean traditional fermented soybean brand, participated in 'THAIFEX,' Asia's largest food exhibition, to promote the excellence of K-Food.

THAIFEX (thaifex-anuga.com) was held in Bangkok, Thailand, from May 28th to June 1st. It is a food exhibition jointly hosted by the Thailand International Trade Promotion Department, the Thai Chamber of Commerce, and Koelnmesse of Germany.

This exhibition is the largest in Asia, with over 3,000 exhibitors from 45 countries and over 80,000 visitors from 133 countries. Companies in Asia's food and beverage, food service technology, retail, and franchise industries gather to contribute to the development of overseas market development, new technologies, and new product development.


Singsong Food (www.singsongfood.com), which participated for the first time, showcased small-packaged products of Korea's unique fermented soybeans, such as gochujang (Korean chili paste), doenjang (Korean soybean paste), and ssamjang (Korean dipping sauce), as well as tube-type products developed for easy use by foreigners.

In particular, they showcased special products developed to capture global palates, such as 'Delicious Gochujang,' 'Sour Gochujang,' and 'Sweet Gochujang,' which are developed using gochujang as a base and can be paired with various foods.

Singsong Food's ssamjang and gochujang were also introduced through cooking demonstrations by overseas influencers. At the exhibition site, they received positive reviews from visitors who tasted the products directly, and active B2B activities, including export consultations with Southeast Asian buyers, were conducted.
